Note 1: This document is supplementary to the building notes recently circulated and should be read in conjunction with them.
Note 2: You should be aware that Building Control regulations are continually being updated and are becoming more and more stringent. Should you obtain a license from Limehouse Cut Ltd but Building Control then demand changed to your plans it is incumbent upon the lessee to bring these changes to the attention of the Limehouse Cut Board and check that the license is still valid. A license issued for one change does not necessarily apply to a similar change. The provisions of the lease are completely separate to Building Control regulations. As always, communication is key. Keep in touch with the Limehouse Cut Ltd management company before and during making any changes and the vast majority of issues can be resolved.
